So this is one of her characters, Althea. I really like her. o_o She's all blueeee and i love blue =w=

I wanted to make a beutiful snowy bg, but i'm suck, at it.

Ignore her body, just look at her face.. thats gooood xd

I really like the coloring especially on her hair although I like her eyes as well, her expression and pose are cute as well and you did nicely on the hands. Nice job
